Spectacular Running Routes

PALM100 Race Route: it just doesn’t get any more beautiful, and memorable, than this!

Out and back route to West Palm Beach, beginning and ending at Fort Lauderdale Beach. A brief swing through downtown Fort Lauderdale, then north along the beach on State Route A1A and side ocean-front roads. You’ll have the Atlantic Ocean to the East and IntraCoastal Waterway to the west, and run by some of the most beautiful mansions, landscaping and architecture you’ll find anywhere. You’ll pass through Hillsborough Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Manalapan, Palm Beach and more. Want to see the historic church where Donald Trump was (last!) married, or the famous Breakers resort next door? Do you like big boats, or really big boats? You’ll see it all in this race venue, folks!

View photos along the race route.

Pompano Beach Lifeguard Stand

KEYS100 Race Route: it’s the islands, Man!

Run this unique point-to-point route along “Overseas Highway”—U.S. Highway #1—from Key Largo or Marathon to Key West. If views of boats and little islands, dolphins and sunsets, sprinkled among turquoise and violet seas, aren’t your thing, you might want to stick with those urban 5Ks instead. But, if the laid-back culture of Key West appeals as a place to hang out after a long race, then join us in the Florida Keys next May 16.

Team relay races—up to six members, 100 miles

Ever run a half-marathon or 10K?
Then the KEYS100 Team Relay Race is perfect for you--and five of your friends! Our relay format is a lot of fun and easy to organize. It allows you and your mates complete flexibility in scheduling each "leg" of the race to fit your ability level, and to make changes to the plan during the race if you like. Then there is the creative side--naming your team, decorating your team vehicle, insulting the competition... Fun awards, too! Compete in a 100 mile race without running the entire distance yourself--the KEYS100 Team Relay and the PALM100 Team Relay.
